Students in class 3 and 4 took part in some brilliant Sonic Postcards projects. Facilitated by Anna Batson, the sessions enabled pupils to experiment with instruments and microphones and to listen to some of the amazing sounds generated with a sound manipulator. The students also created beautiful sound drawings using glue and coloured sand. Recordings were taken from around the classrooms and in the playground and the resulting Sonic Postcards sum up the typical soundscape of Downham School.
