Led by workshop leaders Sarah Owen and Tony Whitehead, with support from RSPB staff and two mentors from Hayle Community School, these Year 6 pupils visited the nearby RSPB Hayle Estuary to explore the unique soundscape of Copperhouse Creek. On their fieldtrip, the pupils created fantastic sound pictures and sound maps which they then used to create their graphic scores back at school. Their excellent Sonic Postcards and supporting work was shown at a fantastic school presentation at Hayle Community School alongside work from the other three participating schools in Hayle.
