CEIP Dolors Monserda Santapau
Barcelona, BA5 1AASchool Year:2006-2007
Date:16 April 2007
This is the first Sonic Postcards project in Catalonia Spain! In partnership with the British Council in Barcelona, two classes at the school have worked with Helena Gough and their fantastic English teacher, Elisabet Gonzalez, to create special sonic statements from their school. The sounds in the school are very different from any British school - this school has green parrots perching in the palm trees in the playground! This school is exchanging work with Millfield CP School in Lincoln. The class in Lincoln has created work specially to send to Barcelona, and in return they will get a parcel in the post back... Listen to the finished sonic postcards!
