Led by workshop leaders Iain Armstrong and Helena Gough, these Year 4/5 pupils had the opportunity to explore their forest school in a completely new way. They recorded sounds of the camp fire, cutting the wooden logs and playing the wooden instruments. From these elements, the pupils created fantastic graphic scores which enabled them to compose with the sound material they had collected. The Sonic Postcards were then incorporated into an exciting hanging installation which you can see in the photographs.
